I highly encourage you to join the WhatsApp group. It's a great way to connect with like-minded women who are working on similar goals. 

We have a live Zoom call once a month, usually the Tuesday mid-month. Occasionally, the timing may shift due to Yomtov or Chavi's schedule.

You'll receive  an email on the first of the month, with the Zoom date  so that you can mark your calander and you'll get a reminder the day before the  call. 

Yes, it does! To keep your  journey as a woman flowing smoothly, your membership will automatically renew. But don't worry — you're in control. You can cancel anytime if you need to.

There’s no pressure to use everything here and no need to “keep up”. You know how much time and energy you have available to support your well-being each day. And you know which priorities are most important.

• Just need some inspiration on a specific topic? Choose a Love note or video, depending on how much time you have.
